Stand: 6. Juli 2026. Die MB International Contracting Service LLC („wir") betreibt die Website learn.mb-ics.com („SAP Academy"). Diese Erklärung informiert darüber, welche Daten wir bei der Nutzung dieser Website verarbeiten.

1. Newsletter-Anmeldung

Wenn du dich für den Newsletter einträgst, verarbeiten wir deinen Vornamen und deine E-Mail-Adresse, um dir neue Erklärartikel per E-Mail zuzusenden. Grundlage ist deine ausdrückliche Einwilligung über das Opt-in-Kontrollkästchen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Du kannst dich jederzeit abmelden.

Die Übermittlung des Formulars wird über den Dienstleister Formspree Inc. (USA) abgewickelt. Dabei werden die eingegebenen Daten an Server in den USA übertragen (Grundlage: Standardvertragsklauseln). Siehe Datenschutzerklärung von Formspree.

2. Lokale Speicherung (localStorage)

Wir nutzen die localStorage-Funktion deines Browsers für:

deine Cookie-/Consent-Entscheidung (ob du Analyse-Cookies akzeptiert hast);
Klick-Attribution aus Werbeanzeigen (gclid) und Kampagnenparameter (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) — nur, falls beim Aufruf vorhanden — für bis zu 90 Tage, um eine spätere Anfrage der Kampagne zuzuordnen. Es werden keine personenbezogenen Kennungen daneben gespeichert.

localStorage ist kein Cookie: Es wird nicht mit HTTP-Anfragen übertragen.

3. Analyse (Google Analytics 4, nur mit Einwilligung)

Sofern für diese Website eine Google-Analytics-4-Property aktiviert ist, laden wir das Tag nur im „Consent-Denied"-Modus (Google Consent Mode v2), bis du im Consent-Banner zustimmst. Ohne Zustimmung werden keine Analyse-Cookies gesetzt und keine personenbezogenen Kennungen übertragen. Grundlage bei Zustimmung: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. IP-Adressen werden anonymisiert. Zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung kann die Analyse deaktiviert sein — in diesem Fall wird gar kein Analyse-Tag geladen.

4. Schriften

Die Schriften DM Sans und Playfair Display werden lokal auf unserem Server gehostet. Es besteht keine Verbindung zu externen Schrift-Diensten (z. B. Google Fonts); es werden keine Daten dafür an Dritte übertragen.

5. Hosting (GitHub Pages)

Diese Website wird über GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) gehostet. GitHub kann technische Server-Logdaten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Browsertyp) im Rahmen der Auslieferung verarbeiten. Siehe GitHub Privacy Statement.

6. Deine Rechte

Du hast im Rahmen der DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20), Widerruf einer Einwilligung (Art. 7 Abs. 3) sowie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde (Art. 77). Last updated: July 6, 2026. MB International Contracting Service LLC ("we", "us") operates the website learn.mb-ics.com ("SAP Academy"). This notice explains what data we process when you use this site.

1. Newsletter signup

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your first name and email address to send you new explainer articles by email. The legal basis is your explicit consent via the opt-in checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Form submissions are handled through Formspree Inc. (USA); the entered data is transmitted to servers in the United States (basis: standard contractual clauses). See Formspree's Privacy Policy.

2. Local storage

We use your browser's localStorage for your consent choice and, only if present in the incoming URL, click-attribution identifiers (gclid) and campaign parameters (utm_*) for up to 90 days, to associate a later inquiry with the campaign that brought you here. No personal identifier is stored alongside them. localStorage is not a cookie and is not transmitted with HTTP requests.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics 4, consent only)

If a Google Analytics 4 property is enabled for this site, the tag loads only in "consent-denied" mode (Google Consent Mode v2) until you agree in the consent banner. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set and no personal identifiers are transmitted. Legal basis on consent: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. IP addresses are anonymized. At time of publication analytics may be disabled — in that case no analytics tag is loaded at all.

4. Fonts

The DM Sans and Playfair Display fonts are hosted locally on our server. No connection to external font services (such as Google Fonts) is made, and no data is transmitted to third parties for fonts.

5. Hosting (GitHub Pages)

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which may process technical server log data (e.g. IP address, browser type) to deliver the site. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
