Stand: 9. Juli 2026. Die MB International Contracting Service LLC („wir") betreibt die Website learn.mb-ics.com („MB-ICS Academy"). Diese Erklärung informiert darüber, welche Daten wir bei der Nutzung dieser Website verarbeiten.
1. Newsletter-Anmeldung
Wenn du dich für den Newsletter einträgst, verarbeiten wir deinen Vornamen und deine E-Mail-Adresse, um dir neue Erklärartikel per E-Mail zuzusenden. Grundlage ist deine ausdrückliche Einwilligung über das Opt-in-Kontrollkästchen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Du kannst dich jederzeit abmelden.
Die Übermittlung des Formulars wird über den Dienstleister Formspree Inc. (USA) abgewickelt. Dabei werden die eingegebenen Daten an Server in den USA übertragen (Grundlage: Standardvertragsklauseln). Siehe Datenschutzerklärung von Formspree.
2. Schriften
Die Schriften DM Sans und Playfair Display werden lokal auf unserem Server gehostet. Es besteht keine Verbindung zu externen Schrift-Diensten (z. B. Google Fonts); es werden keine Daten dafür an Dritte übertragen.
3. Hosting (GitHub Pages)
Diese Website wird über GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) gehostet. GitHub kann technische Server-Logdaten (z. B. IP-Adresse, Browsertyp) im Rahmen der Auslieferung verarbeiten. Siehe GitHub Privacy Statement.
4. Deine Rechte
Du hast im Rahmen der DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20), Widerruf einer Einwilligung (Art. 7 Abs. 3) sowie das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde (Art. 77). 1. Newsletter signup
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your first name and email address to send you new explainer articles by email. The legal basis is your explicit consent via the opt-in checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Form submissions are handled through Formspree Inc. (USA); the entered data is transmitted to servers in the United States (basis: standard contractual clauses). See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
2. Fonts
The DM Sans and Playfair Display fonts are hosted locally on our server. No connection to external font services (such as Google Fonts) is made, and no data is transmitted to third parties for fonts.
3. Hosting (GitHub Pages)
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which may process technical server log data (e.g. IP address, browser type) to deliver the site. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). To exercise any of these, email mario@mb-ics.com.
